vetoed Senate Bill 19 - Motor Vehicle Administration - Chesapeake Bay
Commemorative License Plate Program - Extension. This bill extends the Chesapeake Bay commemorative license plate program to July I, 2002. House Bill 169, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me on May II, 2000, accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign
