Ch. 20 2000 LAWS OF MARYLAND
(iii) Except as provided in subsection (b)(2) of this section, the
minimum tax imposed under this section shall be $100.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2000.

Vehicle Law - Businesses and Associations - Federal Identification Number
FOR the purpose of requiring certain businesses and associations to include a federal
identification number on an application for a certificate of title of a vehicle.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - Transportation
13-104.
(a) The application for a certificate of title of a vehicle shall be made by the
owner of the vehicle on the form that the Administration requires.
(c) The application shall contain:
(1) The full name and Maryland address of the owner, including:
(i) If the owner is an individual, the owner's Maryland residence
and mailing addresses;
