(4) § 21-902(d) of this article of driving or attempting to drive a motor
vehicle while under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. [(d)] (E) When a suspension imposed under subsections (b) and (c) of this
section expires, the Administration immediately shall return the license or reinstate
the privilege of the driver, unless the license or privilege has been refused, revoked,
suspended, or canceled under any other provisions of the Maryland Vehicle Law. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2000. Approved May 18, 2000.

(House Bill 1112) AN ACT concerning Frederick County and Baltimore County - Alcoholic Beverages - Light Wine Licenses FOR the purpose of increasing by a certain amount the maximum percent of alcohol
by volume allowed in light wines in Frederick County;
authorizing a Class A
light wine licensee in Frederick County and Baltimore County to keep for sale
and sell certain alcoholic beverages; and generally relating to Class A light wine
licenses in Frederick County and Baltimore County. BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
