864 to create a Drug and Alcohol
Treatment to Work Pilot Program.
Further provided that no funds be
expended until the department has
submitted a plan to the budget
committees for the implementation of
the Drug and Alcohol Treatment to
Work Pilot Program. The plan shall
include information on the training
and work duties of participants. The
budget committees shall have 45 days
to review and comment on the plan.
