that the $500,000 grant to Baltimore
City in this appropriation may only be
expended for lead inspectors, x-ray
fluorescence (XRF) machines for lead
inspectors, and city solicitors
dedicated to prosecuting lead cases.

Department of the Environment shall
audit Baltimore City's expenditure of
the funds and report the results to the
General Assembly by December 1,
