MORGAN STATE UNIVERSITY The Board of Regents of Morgan State
University shall not create any
permanent positions so that the total
number of positions exceeds 951. Any
permanent positions created by the Board
of Regents above the 951 permanent
position ceiling must be approved by the
Board of Public Works. RM00.00 Morgan State University Current Unrestricted Appropriation,
provided that $1,000,000 of this
appropriation associated with
enhancements for graduate programs,
information technology. centers of
excellence, and security upgrades, may not

be expended until the Board of Regents of
Morgan State University submits to the
budget committees an Action Plan to
implement the recommendations of the
- 1129 -
