The Department of Budget and
Management, Office of the Chief of
Information Technology, shall provide an
electronic database to the Department of
Legislative Services no later than
November 30, 2000, which captures
technology-related spending for fiscal
2001, proposed for fiscal 2002, and
projected for fiscal 2003 through 2006.
The database shall include all major
production systems and those systems
under development statewide. The
database shall be in a format and provide
meaningful reports on the information
technology systems as mutually agreed
upon between the Department of Budget
and Management and the Department of
Legislative Services.
