Also in subsection (c) of this section, the former reference to security that
the Division may "determine" is deleted as included in the reference to
security that the Division "requires".

The Correctional Services Article Review Committee notes, for
consideration by the General Assembly, that the General Assembly may
wish to repeal this section as obsolete. Currently, there are no correctional
"camps" in Queen Anne's County and no inmates are being used in
agricultural work as authorized by this section.

Defined terms: "County" § 1-101

"Division of Correction" § 1-101
"Inmate" § 1-101
"Person" § 1-101
"Public roads" § 9-501

(C) REDUCTION IN SENTENCE.
