In subsection (b) of this section, the former reference to the
"Administration" is deleted as unnecessary in light of the specific reference
to "the Division" in. subsection (a) of this section.

3-509. ANNUAL REPORT.

(A) IN GENERAL.

ANNUALLY, THE DIVISION SHALL SUBMIT A COMPLETE FINANCIAL AND
OPERATIONAL REPORT OF STATE USE INDUSTRIES AND THE STATE USE INDUSTRIES
REVOLVING FUND TO:

CD THE GOVERNOR;

(2) THE SECRETARY; AND

(3) THE SECRETARY OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT.

(B) CONTENTS.

THE REPORT REQUIRED UNDER SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS SECTION SHALL:

(1) BE IN THE SAME GENERAL FORM AS A REPORT BY THE DIVISION ON
ITS OPERATIONS AND PROGRAMS; AND .

(2) INCLUDE INFORMATION ABOUT PRESENT AND PROJECTED
PERSONNEL AND COMPENSATION REQUIREMENTS OF STATE USE INDUSTRIES.

(C) USE OF DATA.

THE GOVERNOR, THE SECRETARY, AND THE SECRETARY OF BUDGET AND
MANAGEMENT MAY INCLUDE DATA FROM THE REPORT SUBMITTED UNDER THIS
SECTION IN THE PREPARATION OF THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BILL.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 27, § 681H.

In subsection (a) of this section, the reference to an "operational" report is
substituted for the former reference to a report on the "program of ...
operation" for brevity.

In subsection (b)(1) of this section, the former reference to the same
general "manner" of other reports is deleted as implicit in the reference to
the same general "form" of other reports.

In subsection (c) of this section, the former reference to "figures" is deleted
as included in the reference to "data".
