AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Zoning,"
Section 225-78, entitled "Minimum Lot Standards," by the addition of F; and the
amendment of Chapter 225 in its entirety by the deletion of references to the
Agricultural-Rural Residential District and the substitution therefor of the title
"Agriculture/Rural District."

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Zoning," by
the addition of Section 225-74, entitled "Corporate Industrial Overlay District,"
creating a corporate industrial overlay district to establish standards for locating
large regional corporate and multi-use industrial centers in areas particularly suited
for these uses.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Zoning,"
Section 225-15, entitled "R-8 Residential District," by the amendment of paragraph
B(3) deleting the minimum lot size for privately owned and operated buildings and
uses of a recreational, cultural, educational, fraternal, social, or utility nature.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Zoning,"
Section 225-80, entitled "Minimum setback requirements," by the amendment of
paragraph A(1), (2) and (3) deleting references to R-10 and R-12 Residential Districts
and substituting reference to R-8 Residential District and establishing the minimum
setbacks in said district.
