Commission," Section 5-2, entitled "Membership" to expand the membership of the
Commission to eight members.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Zoning,"
amending the map entitled "Wicomico County Zoning Map" referred to in Section 76
of said Chapter, to rezone property consisting of 2.85 acres, more or less, situated in
the Salisbury Election District, Wicomico County, Maryland, bounded on the
southerly side by Pemberton Drive, bounded on the North by Nanticoke Road and
bounded on the east by Parsons Road and being known as 28727 Nanticoke Road,
Salisbury, Maryland. The property is shown and designated on County Tax Map No.
38 Grid 13 as Parcel 190; said property is to be rezoned from R-15 Residential to C-1
Select Commercial with conditions.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 205 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Taxicabs",
by amending Section 205-5, titled "Application Procedures and Permit Issuance", and
Section 205-6, titled "Qualifications; Denial of Permit" to comply with Chapter 705 of
the Laws of Maryland (1997) and provide for criminal and driving record checks for
taxi cab drivers;
