A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Charter of Anne Arundel
County to allow the County Council, upon request of the County Executive, to provide
that expenditures from working capital or revolving funds for the purchase of
inventory items need not be charged against appropriations until the inventory items
are issued to the using agencies.

A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Charter of Anne Arundel
County to allow the County Council to relieve the County Auditor from the
requirement of performing an annual audit of those special taxing districts which are
required by State or County law to have independent audits performed on a periodic
basis; and making technical corrections.
