Zoning - Health and Wellness Centers

FOR the purpose of permitting health and wellness centers as a permitted use in C2,
C3, C4, W1, and W2 districts; clarifying a certain permitted use; and defining a
certain term.

BY adding:

Article 28, §§ 1-101(28C), 3-204(a)(4A), 3-303(a)(48A), 3-403(a)(43A),
4-103(a)(3A), and 4-304(a)(46A)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
