Zoning - Setbacks along MD Route 589

For the purpose of amending the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article to require
that yard setbacks within the MD Route 589 Transportation Corridor Planning Area
be measured in such a manner as to preserve future road right-of-way.

Zoning - Commercial Marine District

For the purpose of adding a new Commercial Marine zoning district to the Worcester
County Zoning Ordinance to designate areas for commercial fishing or other
commercial marine activity including commercial, industrial and recreational uses
which of necessity must be located in close proximity to waterfront areas, and to
establish regulations for such uses.
