Zoning - Domiciliary Care Units

For the purpose of amending the zoning regulations to permit domiciliary care units
as special exception uses and structures in the E-1 Estate, R-2 Suburban
Residential, R-3 Multi-Family Residential, and R-5 Mobile Home Districts and to
establish definitions of the terms "domiciliary care unit", "nursing home" and "rest
home".
