UTILITY SINKING FUND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROPOSED LEASE
AMENDMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND DELMARVA POWER & LIGHT
COMPANY.

Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1998 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to
and binding upon the northerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as the "Silicato-Wood Annexation", being an area bounded on the westerly side of
U.S. Route 13. (30.518 acres of land, more or less)

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to
and binding upon the southerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as the "Canal Park Drive - Ruark Property Annexation", being an area bounded at
the end of Canal Park Drive, east of Canal Woods and on the west side of South
Division Street. (68.323 acres of land, more or less)
