ACKNOWLEDGE THE POSITION OF ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER

(1990 Replacement Edition and 1998 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

LIMITS" AND § C2-2 "ANNEXATIONS" OF ARTICLE II "BOUNDARIES AND
DISTRICTS" OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE PARK
FOR THE PURPOSE OF REMOVING THE METES AND BOUNDS
DESCRIPTION OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
PARK FROM THE CHARTER AND REENACTING WITH AMENDMENTS § C2-1

"CORPORATE LIMITS" TO REQUIRE THAT A METES AND BOUNDS
DESCRIPTION OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY BE MAINTAINED

IN THE CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE AND BE FILED IN ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATE PLACES AND RENUMBERING § C2-3 "DISTRICTS" AS § C2-2

AND AMENDING SAID § C2-2

[Sections C2-1 and C2-2 of the Charter of the City of College Park, Prince
George's County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1998 Supplement), repealed.

Section C2-1 of the Charter of the City of College Park, Prince George's County,
as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1998 Supplement), added.

Section C2-3 of the Charter of the City of College Park, Prince George's County,
as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1998 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
