A CHARTER AMENDMENT TO MODIFY THE OFFICE OF
SECRETARY-TREASURER TO CHANGE THE TITLE OF THE OFFICE TO
"ADMINISTRATOR," TO MAKE THE OFFICE APPOINTED RATHER THAN
ELECTED AND TO MODIFY THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFFICE.

CHEVY CHASE VIEW ACCOUNT SHALL BE SIGNED BY TWO COUNCIL
MEMBERS, ONE OF WHOM SHALL BE THE CHAIR OR AN ACTING CHAIR AND
THE OTHER OF WHOM SHALL BE THE TREASURER OR ASSISTANT
TREASURER AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE DESIGNATION AND BONDING OF
AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES
