SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 19-102 through 19-109, inclusive, 19-121, 19-122, the
part "Part I. Health Planning and Development", and the subtitle "Subtitle 1.
Comprehensive Health Planning"; 19-222; 19-1511 and 19-1512 of Article - Health -
General of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland
read as follows:
