(c) The Board shall keep a record that, for each application for a license,
registration, or permit, shows:

(1) the name of the applicant;

(2) the place of business or employment of the applicant;

(3) the address of the place of business or employment; and

(4) the action of the Board on the application.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1999.

Motor Vehicle Administration - Verification of Vehicle Registrations

FOR the purpose of reducing the percentage of vehicle registrations verified by the
Motor Vehicle Administration on a random sample basis; repealing a certain

requirements after a certain date; providing for a delayed effective date for a
portion of this Act; and generally relating to verification of vehicle security
