[(x)] (XIII) the Maryland Troopers Association; and

[(xi)] (XIV) the public; and

(3) three representatives of the American Federation of State, County,
and Municipal Employees, appointed by the Governor.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1999.

Home Improvement Commission - Definition of "Home Improvement"

FOR the purpose of altering the definition of "home improvement" to exclude
construction of a bulkhead or similar structure a shore erosion control project on
for a residential property; and generally relating to regulation of home
improvements by the Home Improvement Commission.
