(D) FOR EACH SCHEDULED SYSTEM REPAIR, THE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE THE
FOLLOWING:
(1) THE ANTICIPATED DATE AND TIME OF THE SYSTEM REPAIR;
(2) THE LOCATION OF THE SYSTEM REPAIR; AND
(3) AN ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT THAT THE SYSTEM REPAIR WILL HAVE
ON THE AFFECTED COUNTIES AND, MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS, AND HOMEOWNER
CORPORATIONS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, on or before December
31 of each year, the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission shall prepare and
present to the County Council, the County Executive, and the Legislative Delegations
of Montgomery County and Prince George's County a report list of all nonemergency
system repairs made that were not included in the plan of system repairs scheduled
for that year. The report shall describe the number, the characteristic, and the type of
system repair. The report shall include the justification for the unscheduled system
repairs and a description of the notification given to the counties and municipal
corporations.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of this Act shall
remain effective for a period of 3 years and 6 months and, at the end of December 31,
2002, with no further action required by the General Assembly, Section 2 of this Act
shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1999.

AN ACT concerning
Time-Shares - Sale of Foreclosed Time-Shares by Associations
FOR the purpose of altering the definition of developer under the Maryland Real
Estate Time-Sharing Act to specifically exclude an association that resells
time-shares acquired by the association through foreclosure of a lien for
nonpayment of certain assessments and charges or by deed in lieu of foreclosure
from certain time-share owners who are delinquent in the payment of certain
assessments and charges; requiring associations in certain circumstances to
provide purchasers with a certain certificate containing certain information;
and generally relating to the Maryland Real Estate Time-Sharing Act.
