DEPARTMENT OF STATE POLICE

The appropriation of funds to the

Department of State Police for

contributions to the State Police

Retirement System in excess of the

amount needed to meet the contribution

rate provided by the State Retirement and

Pension System shall be contingent upon

the passage of legislation to alter the

retirement benefits of members of the

State Police Retirement System.

WA01.01 Office of the Secretary

General Fund Appropriation, provided that

$1,000,000 of the appropriation made for

the purpose of providing operating funds

for the Department of State Police, Office

of the Secretary shall be withheld from

disbursement until the Department of

State Police has prepared and submitted a

report to the budget committees and the
