QA01.02 Data Services
|
|
|
|
General Fund Appropriation, provided that
no more than $800,000 may be expended
in fiscal 2000, from any fund source,
towards the development of the
multi-phased reorganization of the
Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services. Further provided
that the Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services shall submit a
report which;
|
|
|
|
(1) identifies individual project costs and
implementation schedules;
|
|
|
|
(2) provides detail on cost savings as a
result of implementation and when
those savings may be realized; and
|
|
|
|
(3) is submitted to the budget committees
by March 1, 2000, for review and
comment, or 45 days have elapsed from
the day the report is received by the
committees.
|
|
|
|
Further provided that the restrictive
language shall not interfere with the
ongoing information system projects that
may later become a part of the
multi-phased reorganization.....................
