NF00.04 General Administration

It is the intent of the General Assembly that
the Department of Human Resources
utilize the Annapolis Data Center for all
of its data processing needs as soon as
possible and no later than December 31,
2000. By October 1, 1999, the Comptroller
of the Treasury and the Department of
Human Resources shall submit a plan to
the budget committees outlining the
timetable for transferring responsibility
for the department's data processing
needs to the Annapolis Data Center.

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
the Department of Human Resources
shall notify the budget committees before
making payments to Andersen
Consulting, L.P.P., in excess of
