for the Information Technology

Investment Fund until the Department of

Budget and Management provides a

summary showing the unencumbered

balance in the fund as of the close of fiscal

1999 and a listing of any encumbrances; a

listing of the projects including supporting

detail for each project for which funds are

requested in fiscal 2000; and a progress

report on each project approved and

funded in fiscal 1999 and the committees

have had 60 days in which to review and

comment on the proposed projects............
