OFFICE OF PERSONNEL SERVICES AND BENEFITS

It is the intent of the General Assembly that
the department shall develop and apply an
alternative method of providing
performance based salary adjustments for
employees in professional and skilled job
classes. The method should provide
managers greater flexibility to
acknowledge and meaningfully reward
superior performance. Satisfactory
performance should be a minimum

expectation and rewarded

commensurately.

FA02.01 Executive Direction

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
funds appropriated herein for statewide
pay schedule adjustments, related
increments, and performance pay awards
may be transferred by approved budget
amendment to programs of other financial
agencies. Further provided that funds
