(v) Application for the license shall be made at least 14 days in SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect Approved April 13, 1999. CHAPTER 102 AN ACT concerning Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages - Golf Course Licenses FOR the purpose of creating in Worcester County a certain golf course alcoholic BY adding to Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages Annotated Code of Maryland (1998 Replacement Volume and 1998 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages 8-507. (A) THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN WORCESTER COUNTY. (B) THERE IS A CLASS C (GOLF COURSE) BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR (ON-SALE) (C) THE LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED FOR THE USE OF A GOLF COURSE OR (1) IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC; (2) IS OPERATED FOR PROFIT; (3) OWNS REAL ESTATE IN THE COUNTY; AND (4) HAS A GOLF COURSE WITH A MINIMUM OF 18 HOLES.
