(2) This subsection does not apply to property for which the holder may
file a complaint any time after 60 days from the date of sale, pursuant to § 14-833(e)
of this title.

(c) In Baltimore City, on or after October 1 of each year, the plaintiff or holder
of a certificate of sale may pay taxes, interest, and penalties that become due after the
date of the sale on the property described in the tax sale certificate and that have not
been paid by the owner of the property.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1999.

AN ACT concerning

Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages - Special Sunday Club Licenses

FOR the purpose of increasing in Worcester County the number of special Sunday
licenses that the Board of License Commissioners may issue to a club in a
calendar year; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Worcester
County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

7-101.

(u) (3) (i) There is a special Sunday club license.

(ii) The license may be issued to bona fide clubs which already hold
a Class C beer, wine and liquor license.

 (iii) The additional fee is $10:

(iv) A club may be issued no more than [eight] 20 special Sunday
licenses during a calendar year.
