SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

16-507.

(m) In Garrett County, the Board of License Commissioners may impose a fine
of not more than [$1,000] $3,000 or suspend a license for any violation of the alcoholic
beverages laws affecting Garrett County.
