11-301. DEFINITIONS.

(A) IN GENERAL.

IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.

(B) COMPETITIVE MARKET.

"COMPETITIVE MARKET" MEANS ANY MARKET EXCEPT THOSE WHICH, BY
APPLICATION OF THE STANDARDS IN § 11-306 OF THIS SUBTITLE, HAVE BEEN
DETERMINED TO BE NONCOMPETITIVE UNDER § 11-308(C) OF THIS SUBTITLE.

Defined term: "Market" § 11-301

(C) MARKET.

"MARKET" MEANS THE INTERACTION BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS OF A
PARTICULAR LINE OF INSURANCE IN A GEOGRAPHICAL AREA CONSISTING OF NOT
LESS THAN ONE ENTIRE COUNTY.
