AN ACT to:

(1)     provide a County tax credit supplement to the state homeowners property
tax credit program applicable to county real property taxes;

(2)     direct the calculation of the County tax credit;

(3)     specify that certain eligibility, application, and other provisions of law
which apply to the state homeowners property tax credit will apply to the County tax
credit;

(4)     establish criminal and civil penalties for certain violations of the County
tax credit law; and

(5)     generally provide for the creation and administration of the County
supplemental homeowners property tax credit program.

(1)     create the position of County representative and alternate representative
to the Board of Directors of the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority, and
provide for the appointment and confirmation of the representative and alternate
representative; and

(2)     generally provide for County representation on the Authority.
