AN ACT repealing the requirement that amounts appropriated from the Development
Road Improvement Fund shall not exceed one-half the total amount
appropriated for the project; clarifying that the County is authorized to expend
funds from the Fund for indebtedness incurred for capital projects; and making
this Act contingent upon the taking effect of a certain State Act.

AN ACT establishing a monthly refuse collection charge for mobile home parks;
requiring a mobile home park licensee to collect a certain portion of the refuse
collection charge each month from each renter of a site within the mobile home
park, and to pay the charges collected to the County in a certain manner within
a certain time; providing certain penalties for a violation of this Act; amending
Section 20.1300 and Section 20.1301 of the County Code to reflect the
establishment of the charge; and making conforming changes.

AN ACT establishing a Refuse Collection Charge Assistance Program, to assist
certain individuals in payment of the Refuse Collection Charge; providing for
the administration of the Program; establishing eligibility criteria for the
Program; establishing the level of assistance under the Program; and generally
relating to the Refuse Collection Charge Assistance Program.
