AN ACT concerning

Yacht Clubs

FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Zoning Regulations to establish
a Business Maritime Yacht Club zone; defining terms; permitting a yacht club to
be located in certain zones; providing parking standards and height and area
standards for yacht clubs; authorizing the storage of boats in certain cases; and
generally relating to yacht clubs and the establishment of a new zoning
classification.

BY repealing and re-enacting, with amendments

Sections 100.1.A.2, 215, 216.C and D and 409.6.A.4
Baltimore County Zoning Regulations, as amended

BY adding

Section 101 - Definitions, the definition, alphabetically, of "Yacht Club"; and
Section 233.2, the B.M. zone permitted use, alphabetically, of "Yacht Club";
and Sections 225, 226, 227 and 228
