who work certain additional hours under certain circumstances; and providing
for the retroactive application of this Ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Subdivisions and Planning and Zoning - Landscape Manual

FOR the purpose of providing that certain subdivision features shall be in accordance
with the requirements of the Landscape Manual; requiring that landscaping,
screening, buffering, and offstreet parking for certain uses and areas and in
certain zoning districts be in accordance with the requirements of the Landscape
Manual under certain circumstances; requiring the submission of a landscape
plan under certain circumstances; providing for a landscape agreement and
security; providing for modifications to a landscape plan and to the Landscape
Manual under certain circumstances; making technical corrections; and
generally relating to the Landscape Manual and landscaping, screening,
buffering, and offstreet parking.

BY repealing:

Article 26, § 3-310(a) through (d); and Article 28, §§ 2-204(b)(3A)(v), (vi), and
(viii) through (xi) and (6)(iii) and (iv); 2-2A-08(c); 3-403(b)(8)(vi) through
(viii); 4-207; 7-102; 7-103; 7-104; 7-105; 9-103 through 9-107;
12-202.1(b)(10); 12-204(6); 12-205.1(8); 12-206(b)(2), (16), (17), and (18);
12-209(a)(3) and (4) and (b); 12-213(a)(3), (4), and (5) and (b); 12-215(4)(v)
and (vii); 12-221; 12-224(10); 12-233(b); 12-233.1(a)(11); 12-235; and
12-241(b)(4)
