Employee Organizations

FOR the purpose of clarifying the restrictions on the employee organizations that
certain Fire Department and Detention Center employees may join, assist in, or
participate in; providing that certain Fire Department and Detention Center
employees may not be included in the same employee organization as certain
other Fire Department and Detention Center employees; providing for the
implementation of this Ordinance; and generally relating to employee
organizations.
