BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Berlin that Section
C8-1 of the Charter of the Town of Berlin be amended to read as follows:

found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1996 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
