Article 68 - Notaries Public

(a) (2) The Governor may delegate to the Secretary of State or the assistant
Secretary of [the] State, or both, the authority to remove or suspend a notary public
from office under this section. The Secretary of State or assistant Secretary of State shall
give the notary notice and an opportunity for a hearing as provided in paragraph (1) of
this subsection, but is not required to submit a recommendation to the Governor before
acting under this paragraph.

Article 70B - Office on Aging

(c) "Congregate housing services" means services provided in an apartment
building that promote independent living and include congregate meals, housekeeping,
and personal services for:

(1) An individual at least 62 years old who has temporary or periodic
difficulty with one or more essential activities of daily living, [like] SUCH AS feeding,
bathing, grooming, dressing, or transferring; and

(b) With respect to the sheltered housing for elderly, the Director shall:

(10) As a prerequisite to certification and renewal of certification for
providers of sheltered housing for elderly, require each provider of sheltered housing for
elderly who suffer from Alzheimer's [Disease] DISEASE and related disorders to have an
in-service education program that includes instruction on dementia and the techniques
necessary to manage dementia patients with regard to their physical, intellectual, and
behavioral manifestations; and

(b) Except as otherwise provided in this section, the provider shall set aside for
each facility subject to this subtitle operating reserves that equal 15% of the facility's net
