AN ACT concerning

State Personnel Management System Reform Act of 1996 - Correction of References to
"Classified Service" and "Unclassified Service"

FOR the purpose of correcting references in the Annotated Code of Maryland to
classified and unclassified employees to reflect changes made by the State
Personnel Management System Reform Act of 1996; designating certain positions as
being in the skilled service, professional service, management service, executive
service, or special appointments; and generally relating to the clarification of
positions in accordance with the State Personnel Management System Reform Act
of 1996.
