4. Election district 12, precincts 1 through 14.

(viii) The 27th alcoholic beverages district at all times shall be
coterminous with the 27th legislative district of Prince George's County, as determined by
the Prince George's County Board of Supervisors of Elections. As of April 7, 1994, the
27th alcoholic beverages district consisted of:

1.       Election district 3, precincts 1 and 3;

2.       Election district 4, precinct 1;

3.       Election district 5, precincts 1, 3, and 4;

4.       Election district 8, precinct 1;

5.       Election district 9, precincts 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9;

6.       Election district 11, precincts 1 and 2; and

7.       Election district 15, precincts 1 through 3.

(2) The Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners may
approve the issuance or transfer of a license into the boundaries of the 13th (that portion
located within the County), 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, or 27th alcoholic beverages
district provided any off-sale privileges of the license are permanently waived as long as
the license remains within the boundaries of the district.

[SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions of Article
2B, § 9-217(l) of the Annotated Code of Maryland shall remain effective until September 30,
1997 and, at the end of September 30, 1997, and with no further action required by the
General Assembly, Article 2B, § 9-217(l) shall be abrogated and of no further force and
effect.]

Chapter 499 of the Acts of 1996

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the changes made by this
Act to Article 2B, § 9-217(1) of the Annotated Code of Maryland shall remain effective
until [September 30, 1997] SEPTEMBER 30, 1998 and, at the end of [September 30,
1997] SEPTEMBER 30, 1998, and with no further action required by the General
Assembly, the changes made by this Act to Article 2B, § 9-217(l) shall be abrogated and
of no further force and effect.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1997.
