to remove nutrients at publicly owned sewage treatment
works;

(2)    To provide not more than $2,000,000 in grants to provide
assistance to grant and loan recipients to meet the local share
of construction costs;

(3)    To provide not more than $1,527,000 $1,377,000 in grants for
water quality cleanup activities in small creeks and estuaries;
and

(4)    To provide not more than $1,735,000 $1,435,000 in grants for
nonpoint source pollution control.............................................

(B) Water Supply Assistance Funds. Provide funds for assistance to
State and local government entities to acquire, design, construct,
rehabilitate, equip, and improve water supply facilities. These
funds shall be administered in accordance with Chapter 306 of the
Acts of 1982 and in accordance with the Code of Maryland
Regulations (COMAR) 26.03.09.......................................................

(A) Water and Wastewater Facilities Improvement Fund. Provide
funds to design, construct, and equip capital improvements for
State institutions. Expenditures for any of the following projects
may not exceed the amount listed below by more than 7.5%
without notification to the General Assembly. Funds may only be
spent on the projects listed below or on previously authorized
projects. Expenditure of any part of this appropriation for a
previously authorized project not listed below shall also require
notification to the General Assembly................................................

(1)     Charlotte Hall Veterans Home (St. Mary's County): Construct
improvements to the existing wastewater facility.................240,000

(2)     Cunningham Falls State Park (Frederick County): Design and
construct improvements to the existing water and wastewater
systems....................................................................................678,000

(3)     Greenbrier State Park (Washington County): Construct
improvements to the existing wastewater facility.................150,000

(4)     Jessup Correctional Complex (Anne Arundel County): Construct
improvements to the existing water distribution system.....700,000

(5)     Rocky Gap State Park (Allegany County):

(a) Design and construct improvements to the existing wastewater
