(A) Partnership Rental Housing Program. Provide funds to be credited
to the Partnership Rental Housing Fund to be administered for the
purposes shown below in accordance with Sections 2-1101 through
2-1110 of Article 83B:
(1) To provide not more than $4,000,000 for projects which may
be located in any subdivision of the State (Statewide); and
(2) To provide not more than $11,174,000 which may be
expended only within Baltimore City for replacement housing
to be constructed as part of the federally-assisted family
high-rise public housing replacement program (Baltimore

(A) Chesapeake Bay Water Quality Project Funds. Provide funds to be
credited to the Water Pollution Control Fund to be used for
projects to improve the water quality of the Chesapeake Bay and

the purposes listed below in accordance with Sections 9-345
through 9-351 of the Environment Article:
