Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute Upper Eastern Shore
Regional Training Center (Queen Anne's County).........................

(C)    Symons Hall. Prepare detailed plans and construct the first phase
of renovation of portions of Symons Hall.........................................

(D)    New Arena. Prepare preliminary plans to construct a new arena..

The Maryland Stadium Authority may assist the university with any
studies necessary to plan the proposed basketball arena and renovate
Cole Field House for re-use.

(E) New Clubhouse. Provide funds to increase the size of a new
two-story clubhouse, and construct associated parking facilities
and landscape improvements on the golf course, provided that the
University of Maryland College Park provides an equal and
matching fund. No part of the matching fund may consist of
monies from the Maryland Economic Development Corporation ..

(F) Lucille Maurer Leadership Library. Provide a grant to The Academy
of Leadership for the design, construction and capital equipping of the
Lucille Maurer Leadership Library at the University of Maryland
College Park, subject to the requirement that the grantee provide a
