Ch. 593 1997 LAWS OF MARYLAND (I) NOTIFICATION THAT A RECIPIENT HAS NOT COMPLETED THE (II) THE RESULTS OF ANY SUBSTANCE ABUSE SCREENING (III) THE RESULTS OF ANY RECIPIENT'S REFERRAL TO SUBSTANCE [(2)] (3) (i) Has applied for child support services with the appropriate (ii) Complies with the requirements of the local child support [(3)](4) Has engaged in job search activities as requested by the [(4)] (5) Participates in work activity under this subtitle, unless exempt (i) Adults who are required to care for a child who is a recipient (ii) Subject to subsection (c) of this section, adults and children who (iii) Subject to subsection (c) of this section, children 16 years of age [(5)] (6) Meets all other FIP program requirements that the Secretary (c) An individual may not be exempt as severely disabled under [subsection (1) That individual applies for Supplemental Security Income; and (2) The application is approved, pending, or in the appeal stage. (D) IN ADDITION TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION, SUBJECT TO THE (1) WHO (2) WHO MEET HP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS UNDER THIS SUBTITLE - 3270 -
