Amendment No. 1:

On page 2, in item number 2, in each instance, strike the words ", provided" through
"electronically." in their entirety.

Amendment No. 2:

On page 3, in item number 3, strike "Object .02 Technical and Special Fees 2,920"
and "Object .03 Communication 800" and substitute "Object .03 Communication 2,920"
and "Object .04 Travel 800".

Amendment No. 3:

On page 11, strike Amendment No. 7 in its entirety.

Amendment No. 4:

On page 11, in Amendment No. 27, on the lines entitled "Principal Counsel",
"Comptroller" and "Manager, Traffic/Intermodal", strike the figure "61,500" and
substitute the figure "66,436" in each instance.
