In addition to the appropriation shown on
page 124 of the printed bill (first reading
file bill), to appropriate additional special
funds available in the Bond Annuity Fund
to pay debt service on State General
Obligation Bonds and to reduce the general
fund appropriation by a corresponding
amount.

this appropriation is contingent upon the
enactment of HB 976.

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation is contingent upon the
enactment of HB 976.

YA02.01 Dedicated Purpose Account

To reduce the appropriation shown on page
125 of the printed bill (first reading file
bill), for repayment to the Transportation
Trust Fund in order to appropriate the
amount in the Board of Public Works,
Miscellaneous Non-Recurring Payments
program.
