Ch. 549 1997 LAWS OF MARYLAND (C) ALL PERSONNEL ACTIONS CONCERNING AN EMPLOYEE OR APPLICANT IN (D) THE PROTECTIONS OF THIS SECTION ARE IN ADDITION TO WHATEVER 6- 405.
