(c) (4) IN FREDERICK COUNTY, "PUBLIC SCHOOL EMPLOYEE" INCLUDES A
SOCIAL WORKER EMPLOYED BY A PUBLIC SCHOOL EMPLOYER.

6-404.

(a) Each public school employer shall designate, as provided in this subtitle,
which employee organization, if any, shall be the exclusive representative of all public
school employees in a specified unit in the county.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1997.

AN ACT concerning

Kent County - Tax Sales - Notice and Fees

FOR the purpose of altering a requirement for the collector of property tax in Kent
County to publish, at certain times, notice of a tax sale of property at public auction;
altering certain auctioneer's fees for a tax sale of property at public auction in Kent
County; and generally relating to a tax sale of property at public auction in Kent
County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

14-813.

(a) (1) At any time after 30 days from the mailing of the statement and notice,
the collector shall cause to be published, 4 times, once a week for 4 successive weeks in 1
or more newspapers that have a general circulation in the county in which the property is
located, a notice that the property will, on the date and at the place named in the notice,
be sold at public auction.
