(1) PROHIBITING THE SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR ON
SPECIFIED AREAS OF THE LICENSED PREMISES; AND

(2) PERMITTING THE SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF ONLY BEER AND
LIGHT WINE ON SPECIFIED AREAS OF THE LICENSED PREMISES.

(I) THE BOARD MAY RESTRICT THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO
BEER AND LIGHT WINE IF THE BOARD DETERMINES THAT CIRCUMSTANCES
WARRANT.

Commissioners, in Howard County holders of:

(3) A 7-DAY CLASS GC LICENSE MAY SELL BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR
FROM 11 A.M. TO 2 AM. THE NEXT DAY, MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY, INCLUSIVE.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1997.
