The State Comptroller is hereby authorized to
transfer the appropriations to the various
accounts of the State Reserve Fund on July
1, 1997.

YA01.01 Revenue Stabilization Account

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$60,000,000 of this appropriation is
contingent upon the enactment of
legislation doubling the tobacco tax rate and
the enactment of legislation decreasing the
individual income tax rate by 10 percent
over three years.............................................

YA02.01 Dedicated Purpose Account

General Fund Appropriation, provided that
$6,800,000 $4,800,000 is appropriated as
required by Section 5, Chapter 600, Acts of
1996; and further provided that $15,700,000
is appropriated for the Family Investment
Program in the Department of Human
Resources; and further provided that
$21,000,000 is appropriated for transfer to
the Transportation Trust Fund as required
by Chapter 204, Acts of 1993, as amended
